About Me, Your Nutritional Therapist
I’m a qualified Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist with a diploma from the prestigious College of Naturopathic Medicine. I’m a member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). I’ve continued my studies with graduate education. I’m a Certified Trauma Informed Wellbeing Coach. I have studied behavioural therapy, eating disorders and obesity management through the National Centre for Eating Disorders. I’m a qualified NLP Practitioner and Personal Fitness Trainer. I have an MBA and 15 years in corporate HR and Business Development roles. Wellbeing was a side hustle during the corporate years teaching group exercise and working as a personal trainer, always reading extensively about the benefits of nutrition and exercise. After the birth of my second child, I was inspired to embark on in-depth nutrition studies and to turn my passion for wellbeing into my full-time career. I work with all areas of women’s health with a particular interest in the peri-menopause transition and beyond. I’m a keen longevity enthusiast and keep up to date with the latest science on wellness and biohacking. I work collaboratively with you to design a tailored program focussed on achieving your unique objectives. I draw on all the modalities I’ve studied to support you to make healthful shifts in mindset, dietary habits, and lifestyle practices educating you along the way. The overall goal is to help you achieve your optimal state of wellbeing, so you have the energy and enthusiasm to live your best life.

About Me, Samantha
I’m a mother to a teen boy and a tween girl which is the most important thing I have ever done. Motherhood has taught me more about life than any other experience and I am grateful every day for what I learn from being with them. During my early 20s I addressed and overcame a 10-year struggle with bulimia nervosa, that was followed by a long period of exercise addiction. I’ve worked with wonderful therapists and practitioners during my healing journey, and I continue to do so because I believe there is always more growing and learning available.
Now, I’m committed to regular wellness practices that are appropriate for where I am in my life. I move my body daily in ways that feel good for me, I eat food that is enjoyable and nourishing, I meditate regularly, and I invite a lot of fun and pleasure into my life. I truly believe laughter is the best longevity hack available to us.
Your wellbeing adventure will not be the same as mine because you are uniquely you! However, I can empathise with struggle and darkness, I have an open, unshockable mind, and I feel deeply compassionate towards the people I work with.
